E-Commerce
Online Shopping That Feels as Clear as a Neighbourhood Store
Shopping online in Bangladesh often means unclear prices, surprise charges at the door and no idea where your parcel is. Node-Ecom is our answer: a store built around honest product pages, prices shown in Taka, Cash on Delivery on most orders and a delivery path shoppers can follow after checkout. We designed and built it as a complete storefront that any small or growing retailer could run on, and we use it to show what a modern Bangladeshi e-commerce experience should feel like.

The Challenge
Many local online stores are slow on phones, hard to browse and vague about delivery and returns, which is where shoppers lose trust. We wanted a store that makes the basics obvious: what a product costs, whether it is in stock, how long delivery takes inside and outside Dhaka, and what happens if something goes wrong.
Our Solution
We built Node-Ecom on Next.js for fast page loads and a mobile-first layout, with a bottom navigation bar on phones. Shoppers browse by category, filter by price and availability, sort the catalogue, save items to a wishlist and add to cart in one tap. Cash on Delivery sits at the centre of checkout, with cards and mobile wallets where enabled, and a dedicated Offers page handles coupons and scheduled promotions. Clear policy pages for shipping, returns and FAQs answer the questions shoppers actually ask before they buy.

Design & Development
The look is deliberately calm: a deep green brand colour, generous white space and product photography that does the selling. Product cards show the name, a short description, the price in Taka and a single Add to Cart button, so nothing competes with the decision. On phones the layout switches to a compact header with search and a bottom navigation bar for Home, Product, Search and Wishlist.
- Brand identity and green visual direction
- Homepage with hero, categories and new arrivals
- Product listing with filters and sorting
- Cart, wishlist and account screens
- Mobile-first responsive layout
- Policy pages for shipping, returns and FAQs
Launch & After Work
The store ships with the pages shoppers and search engines expect: an About page, shipping and returns policies, an FAQ, a contact page, a blog and a sitemap, along with privacy, terms and cookie policies.
- Search-friendly page titles and descriptions
- Policy, FAQ and blog structure
- Fast loading on mobile networks
- Offers and catalogue pages that update as new products are published
Final Result
Node-Ecom is a complete, working online store: browse, filter, save, add to cart, check out with Cash on Delivery and follow the order. It shows how clear pricing, honest delivery information and a fast mobile experience can make shopping online in Bangladesh feel dependable, and it is ready to be adapted for a retailer who wants a store of their own.
