Salesify - AI-Powered Sales Platform

AI / SaaS

Making AI Feel Human

Salesify is doing something genuinely interesting - using AI to coach sales reps in real time, analysing calls and giving feedback that actually helps people close more deals. The technology works. But when they came to us, the platform's web presence wasn't communicating that story in a way that landed with enterprise buyers. Complex products need simple explanations. We came in to help them say what they do in a way that makes people lean forward, not glaze over.

The Challenge

Salesify's AI coaches sales reps in real time by analysing calls, but the platform's web presence was not communicating that story to enterprise buyers. A complex product needs a simple explanation, and the path to a demo had to be frictionless.

Our Solution

We built the platform with Next.js, React and TypeScript on a Node.js and NestJS back end with PostgreSQL, hosted on AWS, with OpenAI-powered capabilities behind the product. The messaging is outcome-focused - what happens to a team's numbers - rather than how the algorithm works, and the conversion flow is shaped around enterprise buyers who need to understand ROI before they book a demo.

Key Features Delivered

  • Clear value proposition and messaging
  • Enterprise-focused UX
  • Demo request and lead capture flow
  • Feature showcase design
  • Social proof and case study layout
  • Performance and SEO foundations
  • Analytics and event tracking

Design & Development

The design challenge was real: AI sales tools can easily feel cold or overly technical. We worked hard to keep the tone warm and outcome-focused - less 'here's how the algorithm works' and more 'here's what happens to your team's numbers.' Visually, we aimed for confident and modern without feeling like every other SaaS tool out there. The conversion flow was shaped around enterprise buyers who need to understand ROI before they'll book a demo.

  • Value proposition clarity
  • Enterprise-focused UX
  • Demo request & lead capture
  • Feature showcase design
  • Social proof & case study layout
  • Performance & SEO foundations

Launch & After Work

Post-launch, we worked with the Salesify team to review how enterprise prospects were moving through the site. We tightened up the demo request flow after seeing some drop-off before form submission, and added a social proof section higher up the page based on scroll depth data. These aren't glamorous changes - but they're the ones that move the needle on a platform like this.

  • Conversion funnel analysis
  • Demo request flow optimisation
  • Social proof placement testing
  • Performance audit
  • Analytics & event tracking setup
  • Iterative content improvements

Final Result

Salesify now has a platform presence that does justice to what they've built. The story is clear, the path to a demo is frictionless, and the site holds up under the scrutiny of enterprise buyers who are evaluating tools seriously. It was a genuinely enjoyable project to work on - the kind where the product is good and you just have to help people see it.
